Our Mission 

To empower God's people to become ambassadors of their own health and fitness and to promote realistic changes that lead to a healthy lifestyle. Our year round activities for all ages include:

*25/50 Cardio Challenge

*Fitness & Nutritional Classes

*Spin Stationary Cycling

*Team Participation in 3/5 K Run & Walk Marathons

*Walk & Stretch at the Morgan Park High School Track

*Saturday Morning at 7 AM & Thursday Evening at 7 PM Beginners & Moderate Workouts

*Fitness Stair Climbing at Shallow Cliff

*Engaging Guest Speakers and much more!

 

TIPS

Tip Toe Squats (do 10 times, repeat 2 more times)

Planks (elbow or hand: hold for 30 seconds)

Standing crunches w/ side kick (5 times each leg, repeat 2 more times)
